• International and national work in the field of data protection
• Advising on challenging mandates in the field of data commercialization and data ecosystems
• Consulting on international (IT-)outsourcing and carve-out projects
• International projects in the telecoms sector
• Advising on large international technology- and data-driven M&A transactions and joint-ventures
• Handling complex mandates while developing and operating legal tech tools, deploying artificial intelligence and document automation amongst other technologies

Your Profile

If you’re a business-minded individual, like to think outside the box, thrive on new and complex challenges, would like to work in a multinational team and are comfortable working in English, then you’ll make a great fit.

Ideally, you have a positive attitude, are truly curious about what we do and have fully completed your formal legal education as well as have a high level of English and German proficiency. Moreover, you should have a strong interest in technology, and ideally, have professional experience or a background in academia in the fields of data protection, digitisation or data.
